This is life... And it's DARN Good! {Minneapolis Family Photographer}

As a photographer, I aim to capture real life as it happens. If you are a parent, you know full well that a true depiction of a family of 5 is not 5 smiling faces looking right at the camera, real life (good life) is laughing, chaos and a clear feeling of unconditional love. This sweet family has 3 kids 4 and under, 2 of which are twins, life is full of laughs, action and craziness and that is what makes it so good!

It could not have been a more perfect fall day and I couldn't have asked for a more loving family to photograph. Times like these I truly feel blessed to do what I do!

One More One {St. Anthony Main Minneapolis Baby Photographer}

In the last week, I have photographed 3 one year olds! Crazy! Once again, I've watched sweet Henry grow since he was just a few weeks old.  I know I've said this a million times, but this is one of the bittersweet parts of this job, having to say goodbye to such handsome little guys like this:

Bittersweet {Minneapolis MN Child and Family Photographer}

I've been shooting sweet little AJ since he was 3 months old and alas our time together has come to an end. It's always so much fun watching these kiddos grow and change, but also very sad when it's time to say goodbye. Lucky for me, there will be a sweet little lady added to the family come February, so I will get to start anew with this awesome family!

Not every shot I take is technically perfect, of course I aim to do it, but this shot makes me swoon.  Usually a child facing full sun = not awesome shot, but I love this shot, his face is priceless and I couldn't love it more.

This morning I met up with an incredibly beautiful family at St. Anthony Main. This is such a fun location as it is very diverse in its settings.

This is adorable Kylie, she is a super sweet 6 year old with beautiful eyes!





And little Sheamus, he's 1 1/2 and sweet as can be.



And almost 5 year old Ava, this little lady is sassy and talkative! She wants to be a fashion designer when she grows up! I love it! Just look at that sass!

While we were trying to get posed for the bridge shot, this is what I captured. Ava doing her own little thing right in the middle of everything! I have a feeling this little lady will be famous some day!

Several weeks ago we had our family pictures, you can see them here. Sally did a wonderful job capturing our family, even though the kids were being somewhat difficult! Well, last night it was my turn to photograph her family. Now, I have fun on most of my shoots. I truly enjoy doing what I do, but I especially had fun with Sally and her beautiful family. She let me get creative with her little 7 month old daughter and it was a joy just to photograph such a great looking family! Ok, wait no longer!
